Kristin Brochetti
V.P., Account Services
Kristin has been a critical part of the success of R/P clients from the beginning. It’s no wonder given her mantra, “If you’re not serving the client, you better be serving someone who is!”
That service-minded orientation, combined with her professional savvy and engaging personality, has propelled Kristin from an agency intern to Vice President, Account Services. She understands that for her clients to be successful, they need to partner with people who bring them ideas. People who are not order takers, but problem solvers.
A great example is a recent program she supervised for Mercy Health Partners to promote cardiac health awareness. Dubbed the “Blindfold Campaign,” the client was initially looking for a media campaign of print and television advertising. Recognizing the critical need to spread the word about how to prevent heart attacks, Kristin helped develop and implement a multi-faceted public relations event called “Take off the Blindfold Day” that featured blindfolded volunteers strolling throughout the city of Toledo (which was covered throughout the day on the local news/talk radio station).
Mercy Health Partners is just one example of Kristin’s experience in health care marketing, advertising and public relations. She has supervised numerous campaigns for each of Mercy’s seven individual hospitals and clinics throughout Northwest Ohio, and she also is part of the team serving Heartland Information Services, a leading medical transcription company.
Kristin knows the ropes in marketing building products and construction services, too. She has been instrumental in coordinating the public involvement efforts for the construction of the Veterans’ Glass City Skyway. This $220 million project to build a cable-stayed bridge over the Maumee River in Toledo, Ohio is the largest ever undertaken by the Ohio Department of Transportation. Kristin has helped facilitate more than 60 different meetings to solicit public input and present construction progress – an unprecedented commitment to public engagement that has fostered strong public support for the project.
Kristin’s commitment to service is further evidenced in her pro bono work for the Toledo Humane Society, the American Red Cross and the Beach House, a local shelter for women.
